Within a broader redevelopment of Chatswood Chase, Retail Outfit delivered its first Witchery store for Country Road Group. Completed alongside the fit out of Trenery in the adjoining tenancy, the project marks the first Witchery store designed and built to achieve a 5 Star Green Star rating from the Green Building Council of Australia. Delivered over six weeks, the project encompassed a full scope of works including construction, glazing, tiling, electrical and plumbing services, plastering, wall and floor finishes, a back-of-house kitchenette, and custom joinery such as a returns joinery unit and display tables. Together, these elements create a contemporary retail space that positions Witchery as a true style destination.
