Once an empty warehouse shell, this transformation witnessed the emergence of a bright, modern, and patient-friendly physiotherapy clinic. The build included a reception area, three treatment rooms, kitchen, DDA-compliant toilet, and an open-plan gym space. Natural timber battens were used to create a striking entrance, while the existing ceiling trusses were accentuated with black paint to establish a connection between the front reception area and rear gym space.
